Corn Pudding


  • 1 Can Creamed Corn
  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1/2 C. Oil or Butter
  • 1 C. Sour Cream
  • 1 8.5 Oz. Package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Grease a large casserole dish.
  3. Eat some batter. Enjoy that batter.
  4. Pour in the corn pudding batter. (Hopefully you didn’t eat all of it!)
  5. Bake uncovered until top is golden-brown (Like in the picture), about 1 Hour.
  6. Enjoy Piping Hot!
